I have had it almost a year with no problems. I have read your community board and tried some of the suggestions. Is there anything else i can do. Based on instructions in a Fitbit Support email yesterday, I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Voila! I was finally able to set up the Charge 4 once again and sync it.
