WebWhen I wake up in the morning my jaw muscles are super tense, and my back molars feel super sensitive. My neck and upper back are typically tight as well. I can only seem to sleep 5-6 hours at a time, when I wake up in the morning, despite being tired, it feels like my body is 'too stressed/irritated' to allow me to fall back asleep.
